Russell E. Weisberg

Brunswick - Russell E. Weisberg, 64, of Brunswick Meadows Way, died Saturday, April 30, 2017  at Albany Medical Center Hospital.

Born in Ithaca, NY he was the son of the late Edward Weisberg and Elaine Nelson Weisberg and husband for 25 years of Pamella (Dean) Weisberg.  He has resided in the Troy area for the past 27 years.  He earned an Associates degree from Tompkins Cortland Community College. 

Russ was a senior project manager for Entek Environmental and Technical Services, Inc. for 27 years before retiring in 2013. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran.

Russ loved his Corvette and going to car shows. He was a dedicated NY Giants and Syracuse fan, loved music and being with his family.   

Survivors in addition to his wife include his children,  Edward (Jaime) Weisberg, Syracuse, Christopher (Nicole) Rhodes, Troy, and Alise Weisberg, West Hartford, CT, his sister, Serena (Paul Gardner) Morse, Newfield, his grandchildren,  Adison and Reese, and  several nieces, nephews and cousins

Relatives and friends may call at the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc.,  276 Pawling Avenue, Troy on Tuesday, from 4 - 7 PM followed by a service at 7PM.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Russell E. Weisberg to Hope Soars, 1410 Maple Hill Road, Castleton, NY 12033, a local Parkinson’s Community.
