Ronald E. Brimmer, 62

Troy - Ronald E. Brimmer, 62, of Lilac Lane died Wednesday, July 25, 2012, at St. Peter's Hospital Albany after a long illness.

Born in Troy, he was son of the late Elmer Brimmer and Mildred Hayner Brimmer. He had resided in Troy all his life and was a graduate of Troy High School class of 1968 and attended Hudson Valley Community College.

Mr. Brimmer was employed in distribution at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany for several years.

Survivors include a daughter - Tracey C. Brimmer, Watervliet; a sister, Alma (Brimmer) (John) DeFazio, Sand Lake; a brother, Richard 'Butch' (Gail) Brimmer, Wynantskill; a brother-in-law, Donald Waters, Latham; his special friends, Charles Prefore and John Pierson and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Robert E. Brimmer and a sister, Patricia M. Waters.

Funeral service private at the convenience of the family.
