Richard W. Speanburg Sr.

Troy - Richard W. Speanburg Sr., of Tibbits Avenue passed away Saturday, December 13, 2008 at St. Mary s Hospital.

Born in Colonie, he was husband of Josephine (Kazanjian) Speanburg for 31 years. He had resided in Troy area most of his life.

Mr. Speanburg was Transportation Supervisor for CDTA for 37 years.

Richard loved his family and was a wonderful and caring husband and father. Dearly loved by family and friends, he will be greatly missed. He loved fishing and outdoor activities.

Survivors in addition to his wife include a daughter, Pamela (Tom) Phelan of Latham; a son, Richard (Beth) Speanburg Jr. of Latham and a granddaughter, Lauren Marie Speanburg.

Relatives and friends may call at the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc., 276 Pawling Avenue, Troy, on Sunday, December 21, 2008 from 4-7 PM.
