Richard F. Hack, 65

Averill Park - Richard F. Hack, 65, a lifelong resident of Averill Park, died Monday, December 21, 2009, at Samaritan Hospital Troy.

Born in Plattsburgh, NY, he was son of Agnes L. Olbert Hack of Averill Park and the late Charles E. Hack.

He was also survived by two brothers, Charles R. (Mary) Hack of Latham and Gary B. (Jerry) Hack of West Sand Lake and fours nephews and a niece.

Funeral service will be private at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Sand Lake Union Cemetery Sand Lake, NY.

The family extends appreciation to Dr. Lisa Thorn and staff for the outstanding service and care provided to Richard as well as to the attentive staff at Samaritan Hospital.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Rensselaer County ARC 415 River Street Troy, NY 12180.
