Raymond J. Yanus

Raymond J. Yanus, 57 Troy Raymond J. Yanus, 57, of Sixth Avenue, died early Monday at St. Mary's Hospital Troy, after an illness. Born in Albany, he was son of the late Raymond and Laura Yanus. He had resided in Averill Park from 1962-90 and in Troy in later years and was educated at Albany schools. Mr. Yanus was a construction worker with the Rensselaer County Highway Department, retiring 10 years ago due to disability. He was a member of Construction and General Laborers Local Union #190 and the Sand Lake Republication Club. Survivors include a son Raymond A. Yanus of North Greenbush ; a daughter Christina E. Valerio of Albany; a sister Adela of Troy; four brothers James, George, Michael and Steven Yanus all of this area; a grandson David Coddington Yanus; his former wife Annette Yanus of North Greenbush and many nieces and nephews.
