Fishersville. VA - Natalie R. Parry, 92, died Wednesday, March 30, 2016, in Virginia after a long illness.
Born in Albany, she was daughter of the late James Admiral Legett Caddell and Eva May Marean Caddell and wife of the late George W. Parry. She was a long time resident of the Capital District and was a graduate of Albany High School.
Natalie was employed rating insurance policies for Farm Family Insurance in Glenmont for several years .
She was a member of the Disabled American Veteran's Auxiliary, Kings, Daughters and Sons, Girl Scouts and a 73 year active member of the First Church in Albany (Reformed), where she was a Deacon, Elder, Trustee and Sunday School teacher.
Survivors include a son, George Kendred (Ken) Parry, Stuarts Draft, VA; three grandchildren, Jennifer Jeane Bernhardt, Corrie Ruth Kinder and Sundie Houck Marquardt; 16 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Ralph T. Parry and her siblings, James W. and Robert G. Caddell, Coramay E. Miller and Eva M. Berg.
Relatives and friends are invited to a celebration of her life on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at 10:30 AM at the First Church in Albany 110 North Pearl Street Albany with Rev. John Paarlberg, Pastor, officiating. A reception will follow in Zimmerman Hall.
Interment will be in Bethlehem Cemetery Delmar.
