Michele S. Weiser

East Greenbush - Michele S. Weiser, 51, of  Sherwood Avenue died unexpectedly Tuesday, July 04, 2017, at Albany Medical Center Hospital.

Born in Middletown, NY, she was daughter of Donald Weiser of NC. and the late Carol M. Rothermel Bonney. She was raised in the Hudson Valley area and has resided in East Greenbush for many years. She was graduate of Minisink Valley High School and earned her bachelor's degree in English from the State University of New York at Albany. 

Michele was an excellent salesperson and was manager of both Different Drummer's Kitchens in Guilderland and Lenox, MA. She loved food and the cooking world and was passionate about sharing her knowledge through her cooking classes.

Michele was an avid gardener and was looking forward to the endless possibilities surrounding her new home. She loved spending time with her family, pets and many dear friends.

Survivors in addition to her father, included her beloved daughters, Lia Madeline Cohen and Lucinda 'Ezra' Whipple; her sister Lisa Bonney Berry, Nevada City, CA and brother, Marc Bonney, Middletown, NY; her very dear cousin, Linda Baldo and several nieces, nephews and cousins; and her former husbands, Lee Cohen and John Whipple.

A Memorial Celebration in Michele’s honor will be held Saturday, September 30, 2017 at 3:00 PM at the Rensselaer Newman Foundation: Chapel and Cultural Center 2125 Burdett Avenue Troy.
