Michael John O'Brien , 55

Brunswick Michael John O'Brien , 55 ,of Ouimet Drive died Monday, February 28, 2005 at his residence.

Born in Troy, he was the son of the late Mary (Burke) O'Brien and John O'Brien.

He was raised on Fifteenth Street in Troy, resided most of his life on Ouimet Drive in Brunswick and was educated at Sacred Heart School, Catholic Central High School class of '67 and attended Seminary at Mater Christi in Albany.

Mr. O'Brien was employed as a drug counselor for the New York Federation of Alcoholism Dependency Council.

He is survived by an uncle, Robert Burke of Denver, CO and a cousin, Kathleen Burke Carter of Colorado.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, March 8, 2005 at 9:30 AM at St. William's Church Madison Avenue Troy by Rev. Gary Mercure, Pastor. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery, in Troy.
