Maxine M. (Crandall) Hasbrouck

Grafton - Maxine M. Crandall Hasbrouck, 57, of  Route 2 died Wednesday, December 2, 2015, at South Western Vermont  Medical Center  Bennington, VT after a brief  illness.

Born in Troy, she was daughter of the late Andrew V. Crandall and Rita M. Vars Crandall and  wife for 13 years of Herbert S. (Sandy) Hasbrouck. Maxine resided in Grafton most of her life and was a graduate of E.C. Glass High School in Lynchburg, VA. 

Maxine  was employed as a billing clerk for medical records at St. Mary's Hospital in Troy.

She  was an avid reader, enjoyed quilting and loved her 2 dogs, Ernie and Riley.    

Survivors in addition to her husband include a step daughter, Kimberley (Zachary) Tremblay, Grafton; two sisters,   Anita Crandall, Nassau and Beth E. (Jeffrey) Wagar, Grafton; four grandchildren,  Jordon, Jacob, Zach and Carter and 2 nieces and 2 nephews, Andrew, Holly, Nathan and Leta. 

Relatives and friends may call at the Grafton Baptist Church  11 Owens Road Grafton on Saturday, December 5, 2015 from 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM with a service at 2:30PM  with Rev. Jason White , Pastor, officiating.  Reception to follow.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Maxine M. Hasbrouck to the Capital City Rescue Mission PO Box 1999, 259 South Pearl Street Albany, NY 12202.
