Troy - Mary F. Eisemann, 81, of Tibbits Avenue died Thursday, January 25, 2018, at Eddy Heritage House Nursing Center.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was daughter of the late Salvatore Iacono and Maria Mattera Iacono and wife of the late Robert F. Eisemann. Mary lived for 39 years in Lindenhurst on Long Island, before moving to Rensselaer in 2003 and had resided in Troy since 2015. She was a graduate of John Adams High School in Queens, NY.
Mary was a homemaker for much of her life, but was proud to have worked at a veterinary clinic and as a deli cook for a few years. She enjoyed simple pleasures in life and was often seen with a cup of tea in hand.
Survivors include her three children, Donna (Wilson) Crone, Troy, Richard Eisemann, Cold Brook, Diana (Michael) Mager, East Greenbush; her grandchildren, Catherine (Taylor Allison) Crone and Emily Crone, Joseph Eisemann, Thomas Metauten, and Alexandra, Gregory and Benjamin Mager; her sisters, Rose Amato and Theresa De Lorenzo; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Caroline Mongognia.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Heritage House, who enriched Mary’s life, especially those on the 3rd floor for their exceptional and loving care.
Relatives and friends may call at the Christ Sun of Justice, RPI Chapel and Cultural Center, 2125 Burdett Avenue, Troy, on Saturday, February 3, 2018, from 9-10 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM with Rev. Edward Kacerguis, Pastor, officiating.
Interment will be in Long Island National Cemetery at a later date.
