Lucin Manoukian, 88

Latham - Lucin Manoukian, 88, of Pierson Avenue and formerly of Troy died Thursday, July 16, 2009, at her residence after a long illness.

Born in Aintab, Turkey, she was daughter of the late Nazar Manoukian and Satenig DerAvedissian Manoukian. She came to the United States in 1992 and resided in Troy and in Latham for the past 2 years.

Ms. Manoukian was a homemaker and a member of Holy Cross Armenian Church in Troy.

Survivors include three nephews and a niece, Raffi and Leeza Bardakjian, Hratchia Kevork and Talar Bardakjian, Hagop Bardakjian and Nayeri and Levon Eleyjian and additional nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers and sisters, Nazaret Manoukian, Nishan and Hovhannes Manoukian, Marie Manoukian and Rozina Bardakjian.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday at 10:30 AM at Holy Cross Armenian Apostolic Church 255 Spring Avenue Troy. Calling hours at the CHURCH on Monday from 4-8 PM. Interment will be in Albany Rural Cemetery Menands.
