Lloyd VanDenburg, 82

Valatie - Lloyd VanDenburg, 82, formerly of East Greenbush, died Sunday, January 20, 2008 at Barnwell Nursing Home in Valatie after a long illness.

Born and raised in East Greenbush, he was the son of the late Raymond VanDenburg and Esther (Sliter) VanDenburg.

He was educated at East Greenbush schools.

Mr. VanDenburg was a self employed maintenance worker.

He is survived by his brother, Howard VanDenburg of East Greenbush; a niece, Debra Doody (Peter) of Emerald Isle, NC; a nephew, Ronald VanDenburg (Toni) of Wynantskill; great nieces and nephews, Rebecca (Michael) Flick and Joseph, Zachary, Alana and Jeramy VanDenburg and great great nieces and nephew, Katelynn, Peter and Ruthann Flick. He was predeceased by two sisters, Janice Brunetto and Sandra V. VanDenburg

Funeral service will be held Saturday at 4:00 PM at the DeGraaf-Bryce Funeral Home Inc. 4392 Route 150 West Sand Lake with Rev. Karyl Hopp, officiating.

Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Saturday from 2-4 PM prior to the service.

Interment in the spring at Woodlawn Cemetery in East Schodack.
