Karen: I was so sorry to hear of the Chief's passing. I will always remember
him as some one who made a place happier when he was there. Always a
smile, always a positive outlook, he was always an asset to our organization.
The world lost a fine person on Feb 3. Heaven gained one. My sincere
condolences.

Poppy you will be missed. Your influence and guidance helped make Rich become the man he is, I have a wonderful family because of that and I am very very thankful.

Dear Lois,Rich,Jim,and family,
I first got to know Joe through The Arrow Shirt bowling league(ARROW ZEPHYR) in 1975. Joe and his boys were in this fun league through 1990,when Arrow
Shirts went south to Atlanta,Ga. We had so much fun in this league, and especially at
the many bowling banquets we held at Poestenkill VFW and clamsteams.at Lanthier's
and Krause's.The food, the card games,a few cocktails,so much fun! Joe was a good friend and I have Great Memories of this man! You should all be so proud of
him,he was a kind and caring man.My prayers are with the Vartigian family today.
