John 'Frank' Truesdell, 90

Averill Park John 'Frank' Truesdell, 90,of Zack Lane, died Monday, September 19, 2005 at Samaritan Hospital in Troy after a brief illness.

Born in Haynersville, he was the son of the late William Truesdell and Marguerite (Jones) Truesdell and husband of the late Gertrude M. Loomis Truesdell and Gladys Truesdell.

He was raised in Haynersville, had resided in Troy and Watervliet and for many years in Averill Park.

Frank was a driver for Mullins Haulers in Green Island for 20 years, retiring 25 years ago.

He is survived by a sister, Harriet Jean May Springer of North Troy; a sister-in-law, Olize Branan of North Troy; his friend and caregiver, Evelyn M. Francis of Averill Park and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, William Herbert Truesdell and a sister, Carolyn Fredilia Pickett.

Funeral service will be held Saturday at 11 AM at the DeGraaf-Bryce Funeral Home Inc. 4392 Route 150 West Sand Lake with Rev. C. Joseph Ingraham, officiating. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 2-5 and 6-8 PM. Interment Memory's Garden in Colonie.
