Jessie A. Gundrum Syczyk, 55

Troy-Jessie A. Gundrum Syczyk, 55,of Troy, died suddenly Saturday, January 14, 2006 at her residence in Troy of natural causes.

Born in Troy, she was the daughter of the late John Gundrum Sr. and Maud (Turner) Gundrum.

She had resided in Troy and Colonie most of her life and was a graduate of Troy High School.

Jessie was employed as an officer of Marine Midland Bank for over 30 years.

She was a longtime active member of the former Woodside Presbyterian Church in Troy where she was a Deacon, Elder and a member of the Prayer/Praise Team and a current member of the Loudonville Presbyterian Church. Jessie would do anything for anybody. She had a heart larger than life itself and a sense of humor that would work out any rough spots in life.

She is survived by her brother, John J. Gundrum Jr. (Janet) of Latham, two sisters, Sandra J. Massey (Roger) of Houston, TX and Tami S. Peter (Eric) of Newcomb, NY; nieces and nephews, Joseph K. and Michelle Maiuro of Hillsboro Shores, FL, Lisa G. Maiuro of NYC, Tyler John Peter and Marlena Christine Peter both of Newcomb; a great nephew and niece, Gianni and Angelica Maiuro of Hillsboro Shores, FL and her aunts, Jessie Moeske of Hampton Manor, Marion Doyle of Hudson Falls and Elinor Turner of Clifton Park.

Funeral service will be held Thursday at 11:00 AM at Loudonville Presbyterian Church 22 Old Niskayuna Road Loudonville with Rev. Elaine Woroby, Pastor, officiating.

Relatives and friends may call at the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue Troy on Wednesday from 4-8 PM.

Interment Elmwood Hill Cemetery in Troy.
