Jean M. Finkle Millhouse, 69

North Greenbush - Jean M. Finkle Millhouse, 69, of Hilda Court died Friday, July 13, 2012 at her residence after a long illness.

Born in Troy, she was daughter of the late Arthur Finkle and Gwyneth Reynolds Finkle and wife for 50 years of George A. Millhouse. She had resided in North Greenbush for the past 44 years and was a 1960 graduate of Troy High School and earned her Associates Degree from Hudson Valley Community College.

Mrs. Millhouse was a secretary for 10 years for the Franciscan Mission Association in Rensselaer and was a homemaker.

Jean enjoyed photography, sewing, cooking, gardening , and was an avid swimmer.

Survivors in addition to her husband include her children, Dr. David (Deborah) Millhouse, Amherst, Peter (Leslie) Millhouse, Nassau, NY, Christine (Joseph) Belleville, Wynantskill, Cynthia (David) Little, Schenectady, James (Victoria) Millhouse, Walden, NY and Samantha (Samuel) Beroz; a brother, Wesley A. (Joyce) Finkle, Spartanburg, SC; 9 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call at the St. Michael the Archangel Church 175 Williams Road Troy on Monday from 9-10 AM prior to the Mass.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10 AM at the CHURCH.

Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery Wynantskill.
