Janet (Funk) Chamberlin

West Sand Lake Janet K. Funk Chamberlin, 73, of Chamberlin Hill Rd Extension,
died Wednesday at Albany Memorial Hospital, after a brief illness. 

Born in Mineola, Long Island, she was daughter of the late Howard  and Phoebe
Layton Funk and wife of Arthur L. Chamberlin. She had resided for many years in
West Sand Lake and was educated at East Greenbush schools.

Mrs. Chamberlin was a homemaker.
  
Survivors in addition to her husband include a son, Dwight R. Chamberlin and
wife Elizabeth of West Sand Lake; a daughter, Dawn M.  Bergerson and husband
Wesley of West Sand Lake; a brother, James Funk of Arkansas; two sisters, Ruth
Porter of West Virginia and Alice Holloway of California; 7 grandchildren,
Jessica, Amanda, Nicole, Arthur and James Chamberlin, Wesley Bergerson Jr. and
Melissa Bergerson and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held Monday at 11:00am from the DeGraaf-Bryce Funeral
Home, Inc. 4392 Route 150 West Sand Lake. 

Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 3-7pm. 

Interment Memory's Garden in Colonie.
