James Bruce Whitten, 76

Pittsfield, MA - James Bruce Whitten, 76, died at Pittsfield, MA after a long illness. Born in Troy, he was son of the late Bertwell Whitten and Olive R. Bruce Whitten. He had resided most recently in Cohoes. Mr. Whitten worked for over twenty years as a tree climber for Avant Tree Service. Survivors include several children, grandchildren and siblings. At Jim's request there will be no services.
