Ida J. Morocco Pagano, 86

Grafton - Ida J. Morocco Pagano, 86,of Babcock Lake Road, died Monday, July 16, 2007 at Bennington Health and Rehabilitation in Bennington after a brief illness with her loving family by her side.

Born in Smith Falls Ontario, CA, she was the daughter of the late Anthony Morocco and Jenny (Zuccaro) Morocco and wife of the late Salvatore Pagano.

She had resided in Johnstown most of her life and was educated at St. Johnsville High School and Utica School of Business.

Mrs. Pagano was employed in the office of Grandoe Gloves in Gloversville for several years, retiring in 1989.

She is survived by a son, John S. (Kathryn) Pagano of Grafton; a daughter, Sallie A. Pagano (Sharon Szalai) of Norfolk, VA; three grandchildren, Christopher, Janet and Jeffery Pagano; a sister, Louise Starna of Cooperstown and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers and sisters, Roger and John Morocco, Paris Papa and Irene Vespi.

Funeral service will be held Thursday at 10am at the Holy Trinity Parish, Immaculate Conception Church corner of Warren and Cayudtta Street Johnstown where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.

Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Johnstown.
