Howard Winston Sharp

Catskill - Howard Winston Sharp, 74, died Saturday, July 2, 2016, at the Pines at Catskill Center Catskill after a long illness.

Born in Troy, he was son of the late Howard Eldric Sharp and Eleanor E. Miller Sharp. He had resided in Halfmoon for several years and resided in Catskill for the past 12 years. 

Howard was a crane operator in Cohoes for several years and a Navy veteran.  

Survivors include a sister, Letha Placzkowski, Tonawanda, NY and two nieces, Lori (Mike) Patrick, Troy and Amy (Joe) Manna, Kenmore, NY and several additional nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the graveside service at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery Schuylerville on Monday, July 11, 2016 at 11AM.  Meet at the main gate of the cemetery by 10:50AM.
