Gretchen M. Lips

Earlton - Gretchen M. Lips, 31, of Sugar Loaf Road died suddenly Thursday, November 3, 2016.

Born in Niskayuna, she was daughter of Edward J. Lips and Marguerite R. Kelly  of Earlton. She had resided in Mechanicville, Ballston Spa and Earlton and attended Castleton State in Vermont and Schenectady Community College.  Gretchen was a Payroll clerk for the NYS Thruway Authority.

Survivors in addition to her parents include many aunts, uncles, and  cousins. She was predeceased by a sister, Nicole T. Lips.

Calling at St. Henry's Church  39 Old Route 66 Averill Park on Friday from 9:30-10:30 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 10:30AM.  Contributions to the Columbia-Greene Humane Society 125 Humane Society Road Hudson, NY 12534.
