Grace M. Adams, 92

Troy - Grace M. Adams, 92, of Daughters of Sarah died Sunday, October 31, 2010, at the home after a long illness.

Born in Troy, she was daughter of the late William A. Traeger and Louise Orth Traeger and wife for 67 years of Albert Harold Adams. She had resided in Troy all of her life and was a graduate of Troy schools and Troy Business College.

Mrs. Adams was employed as a secretary for the City of Troy, retiring 20 years ago.

She was a member of the PTA and Camp Fire Girls. Her favorite past time was playing the piano and was a classically trained pianist.

Survivors in addition to her husband include two daughters, Nancy (Robert) Attmore of Loudonville and Gail (Reginald) Tedesco of Niskayuna; two sons, Robert Harold Adams of MA and Harold Edwards Adams of Saratoga; a sister, Lucille Wixted of Troy and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday at 10 AM at the St. Bonaventure's Church Speigletown where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.

Relatives and friends may call at the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue Troy on Tuesday from 4-7 PM.

Entombment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery Mausoleum Troy.
