Elizabeth R. (Dobert) Kilcullen

East Greenbush - Elizabeth R. Kilcullen, 87, formerly of Sand Lake, died Wednesday, May 06, 2015, at Evergreen Commons after a brief illness.

Born in Troy, she was daughter of the late Frederick C. Dobert and Ruth  Wagner Dobert and wife of the late Thomas John   Kilcullen. She was raised in Troy, lived in Ticondergoa and resided in the town of Sand Lake since 1960. She was  a  graduate of Troy High School. 

Mrs. Kilcullen was employed as a  principal Clerk for the Division of Licensing, New York State Department of State.

She was a Communicant of St. Henry's Church in Averill Park  She enjoyed travelling, especially to Florida and to the New Hampshire Coast, and gardening.    

Survivors include her children, Donna Kilcullen, Atlanta, GA and Thomas  J. (Barbara) Kilcullen, Waterford: her grandchildren, Matthew (Catalina) Kilcullen, Alexandria, VA and Erin (Timothy) Wells, Shelton, CT: her great grandson, Elijah Wells; her siblings, Kenneth W. and  Warren H. Dobert,  Doris Horrocks, Frederick W. and  Wesley Dobert: and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers Donald and Alfred Dobert.

Funeral service will be held Monday, at 10:30 AM at the FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Thomas F. Holmes , Pastor of St. Henry's Church , officiating.

Interment will be in  Evergreen Cemetery Wynantskill.
