Edward Noga

Brunswick - Edward Noga, 91, of Pinewoods Ave. Ext., State retiree, died Wednesday June 26, 2013, at St. Peter's Hospice Inn Albany, after a long illness.
Born in Cohoes, he was son of the late Stanley and Sophie Kanusha Noga and husband of Virginia Esaian- Noga. He received a B.A. from Siena College and M.S.W. from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA.
He was retired in 1972 as an Area Representative for the NYS Board of Social Welfare.
Ed was a Navy veteran of World War II serving in the Pacific Theatre from 1942 to 1945 and a life member of Disabled American Veterans.
Survivors in addition to his wife include several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Joseph Baron and his sisters, Etelle Fant and Beatrice Noga.
Relatives and friends may call at the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. 276 Pawling AvenueTroy on Sunday, 3- 6 PM.
Funeral service will be held Monday, at 10 AM at the Loudonville Presbyterian Church 22 Old Niskayuna Road Loudonville with Rev. Elaine Woroby , Pastor , officiating.
Interment will be in Elmwood Hill Cemetery Troy.
