I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your wonderful husband, father and grandfather. You are all in our thoughts at this difficult time. I know how close you all are and how much you took care of each other and that Henry will be missed by all of you. It was a privilege to have worked with Henry for over 20 years. He always had such a positive attitude. Henry loved to work with others and was among many things a wonderful mentor. He had great character and will be remembered by me as a gentleman. He set a great example for everyone who who had the opportunity to know him. As the years went on I could see that he truly enjoyed rolling the top down on his convertible. At the first sign of spring his great smile grew even larger because soon it was time for the convertible. Henry will be in our hearts and memories. You are all in our thoughts at this difficult time. May you find peace and love in the memories you cherish. Paula and Jim Weglarz

Dear Erye and Family,
We also celebrate experiencing the life of an outstanding family member, from a sailor boy who went to war at 17, to a professional engineer, teacher, instructor, consultant, the list goes on. The walls of his office are covered with Honorariums, patents, and pictures of his family. He laughed ever so sincerely. It has been a pleasure to know you Dr. Sneck!! Love, Hope, and Peace......Al, Alice and Family

Hank will be missed by all who knew him. He was an important mentor to me and to thousands of students and others. I value the support he gave to me. Hank was one of the very best- he always could be counted on for a smile, remembrance of the "old days", and for his unending efforts to learn new things himself and to support others..

Hank made a real difference in my life. I will always remember him. Condolences to Erye and family. Hank lives on in the hearts of many.

On behalf of both my mother and myself, we want to offer the Sneck family our deepest condolences in the loss of a great person. It is very difficult to lose those you love and thankfully we have wonderful memories in our heart to carry us through these tough times. It was always nice when the Sneck's came to visit the family in New Hampshire.

Dr. Sneck was one of my most beloved professors at RPI. He was also father to one of my dearest friends. Bless his soul as he hums along with the chorus of angels, and bless his surviving family as they celebrate his well-lived life.

My Dear Sneck Family,

Henry James (as I so fondly remember him being called) was an amazing man that to this day continues to touch my life. Everyday I listen to classical music while I work and feeding the birds and whistling with them is a wonderful pastime I so enjoy. Both he shared with me when I was a part of your loving and wonderful family. I send you all my love and blessings.

You are all in my thoughts and prayers,

Sandra Karwocki Waine

Thinking of you at this very difficult time and feel very fortunate that we were welcomed to Troy and RPI by Jim and you, dear Erye, as wonderful neighbors on Bolivar Aveune and founding members along with the LeMaistre's, Goodwin's and us of the longstanding RPI Gourmet Group. We cherish all those wonderful memories of a thorough gentleman with such a warm sense of humor.

They walk beside us every day.
Unseen, unheard but always there
Still love, still missed and very dear."

Dear Aunt Erye, Alison, Mitch and James,

My thoughts and prayers are with you as you go through this sad and difficult time. I'm glad I was able to see Uncle Jim this past fall--even then his dry sense of humor was apparent. Lots of good childhood memories of him. He will be missed.
