Douglas C. Haskins Sr.

Middleburg. FL - Douglas C. Haskins Sr. of Middleburg, FL passed away suddenly Saturday April 5, 2008 at his home.

Born in Troy, he was son of Elaine (Adams) Haskins of Watervliet and the late Emory C. Haskins Jr. He had resided in Florida the past 30 years. Doug was a carpenter and a veteran of the US Navy.

Survivors in addition to his mother include a daughter, Christina Curran; a son, Douglas C. Haskins Jr.; a sister, Linda (Mrs Russell) W. King of West Sand Lake; two brothers, Robert N. Haskins of Jacksonville, FL and Emory C. Haskins III of Jacksonville, FL; three grandchildren, Douglas C. Haskins III, Thomas and Stephanie Curran and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, April 27, 2008 at 2:00 PM at the DeGraaf-Bryce Funeral Home Inc. 4392 Route 150 West Sand Lake. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 12 noon to 2pm prior to the service.
