Donna Ray Fitzpatrick, 69

Averill Park - Donna Ray Fitzpatrick, 69, of Bon Acre Way died Sunday, June 1, 2014, at St. Peter's Hospital after a brief illness surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Troy, she was daughter of the late Kathryn N. File Ray and wife of James F. Fitzpatrick. She was raised in Troy , resided in Wynantskill for 30 years and the last 10 years in Averill Park and was a graduate of Troy High School class of 1963.

Donna was a homemaker and for several years worked as a Nurses Aide in area hospitals and a Home Health Aide .

She enjoyed knitting and crocheting for charities and donated to the Capital City Rescue Mission. She was a North Greenbush Ambulance volunteer.

Survivors in addition to her husband include three sons, Stephen James (Kathleen) Fitzpatrick, Troy, Jeffrey David (Cynthia) Fitzpatrick, Troy and William John (Tracy) Fitzpatrick, Wynantskill; her grandchildren, Sara, Thomas, Jason, Jeffery Jr., Michael, Megan, Zachary, Morgan and Abigail.
