David J. LaValley, 54

Pittstown - David J. LaValley, 54, died Saturday, September 29, 2007 at Albany Medical Center Hospital.

Born in Troy, he was the son of Marlene (Allard) LaValley of Troy and the late Norman LaValley Sr.

He was raised in Troy and resided in Pittstown for the past 10 years.

Mr. LaValley operated DJ Plumbing and Heating in Valley Falls.

He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

Survivors in additon to his mother include his children, D.J., Danielle and Jody St. Pierre, his longtime companion, Lori Bulson; his siblings, Tim LaValley, Norman 'Skippy' LaValley Jr., Steven, Danny, Jeff LaValley, Suzanna Manning, Karen Malandrucolo and Debbie Lattimore; 2 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Michael LaValley.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday at 5PM at the Bryce Funeral Home Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue Troy with Rev. Karyl Hopp, officiating.

Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday from 3-5 PM prior to the service.

Interment Gerald BH Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.
