D. Marilyn Chattin Adriance, 77

North Greenbush - D. Marilyn Chattin Adriance, 77, of Valley View Drive, died suddenly Saturday, January 02, 2010, at her residence.

Born in Albany, she was daughter of the late Bill Chattin and Francis Clemons Chattin and wife of the late Warren L. Adriance. She had resided in Albany for 15 years, in Voorheesville for many years and most recently in North Greenbush. She was a graduate of Voorheesville High School class of 1950 and graduated from Hudson Valley Community College in real estate and insurance.

Mrs. Adriance was an insurance specialist for Professional Insurance Agents for 24 years, retiring in 1995.

She was a member of Automobilists of the Upper Hudson Valley, Insurance Women of Albany and the Dryden Historical Society.

Survivors include two sons, Andrew L. (Carol) Adriance of Cazenovia, NY and Stephen R. (Paula) Adriance of Lexington, KY; a daughter, Nancy (Scott) Reynolds of Troy, NY; a sister, Barbara (Clarence) Brisee of Glenmont; six grandchildren, Michelle (Adam) Muretisch, Mark (Melanie) Adriance, Conor and Mackenzie Adriance and Rebecca and Jeffrey Reynolds and 3 great grandchildren.

Funeral service private at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Albany Rural Cemetery in Menands.
