Cora E. Clark LaBelle ,88

Troy-Cora E. Clark LaBelle ,88, formerly of Marvin Avenue, died Monday, October 10, 2005 at Van Rensselaer Manor in North Greenbush.

Born in White Oak, MO, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Clark and Evaline (Sutton) Clark. and wife of the late George Leo LaBelle.

She had resided in Troy all her adult life.

Mrs. LaBelle was a homemaker.

She was an active communicant of St. Michael the Archangel Church in Troy and a former secretary for Fr. Thomas Scott of the church in the 1960's and a member of the Women's Guild. She enjoyed gardening, especially in her rose garden.

She is survived by three daughters, Nancy A. Crispo of Troy, Sue Jackson (Matthew) of Rockaway Pt ,LI, NY and Jane Fairchild (Richard) of Castleton; eight grandchildren, Roderick J. Crispo, Gregory G. Crispo, Dawn (Nick) Celentano, Christine (Anthony) Allocco, Kim (Chuck) Thompson, Anthony and Stephen Valente and Patrick Fogarty and 8 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by four brothers and four sisters.

Funeral service will be held Friday at 9AM at the Bryce Funeral Home Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue Troy and at 9:30AM at St. Michael the Archangel Church in North Greenbush where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.

Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 4-7pm.

Interment St. Peter's Cemetery in Troy.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday at 10AM at the Emmanuel Reformed Church on 1150 Maplehill Road in Castleton.

The family wishes to extend special thanks to the staff of the Van Rensselaer Manor for their wonderful care and professionalism and to Rose Donlan for her exceptional kindness to Cora.
