Back in the late 70's and 80's when I was working in the banks in town, Cora would come in and chat. She was such a delightful woman with a quick wit and warm, friendly personality. It was a pleasure to be around her. My thoughts and prayers go out to all who loved her. Cherish the memories you have of her and know that she is with you in spirit. God bless.

To the Hoffay Family,I spent many hours with your Mom while she was teaching me to sew and Taylor. She was the greatest and I loved her so much.The things she taught me Ive used all my life.

Martha, our heartfelt sympathy to you & your family. I remember your Mom as a woman of unfailing strength and endurance combined with a warm, friendly personality. When we were home on weekends from Ellis & spending time at your house, I remember your Mother was always so welcoming, eager to hear about our latest escapades at Ellis & of course, cooking or baking up something in the kitchen!

I did not know Mrs. Hoffay very well, but I could tell that she was a very lovely, good hearted person. She lived a good long life, but had her share of tragedy. May she rest in peace.
