Arthur E. Wilder, 56

Troy - Arthur E. Wilder, 56, of 8th Street died Tuesday, January 12, 2010, at Northwoods at Troy after a long illness.

Born in Troy , he was son of the late Donald Ashley Wilder and Ida Moffitt Wilder. He had resided in Troy most of his life and was a graduate of Wassaic School in Poughkeepsie. He enjoyed taking walks, shopping and watching old movies.

Survivors include several brothers and sisters, Donald Wilder of Troy, Diane (Mrs Ronald) Lenois of Brattleboro, VT, Patricia (Mrs Stephen) Yanus of Troy, Andrew Wilder of North Greenbush, William Wilder of Albany and Christine Kent of Troy; his former wife Maura Connolly Wilder; his beloved cat, Patches and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by three brothers , George, Bernie Sr and Christopher Wilder.

Funeral service will be held Saturday at 9 AM at the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue Troy. Calling at the funeral home on Friday from 4-6 PM. Interment Evergreen Cemetery Wynantskill.
