Troy Arshalus Istanbulian Zelveian , 82 ,of 115^th Street Troy, died Tuesday, July 13, 2004 at Samaritan Hospital in Troy after a brief illness.

Born in Turkey, she was the daughter of the late Siragan and Azniv Badivian Istanbulian and wife of the late Rev. Dr. Aram K. Zelveian.

She had resided in Troy for many years.

Mrs. Zelveian was a graduate of American Missionary College of Turkey.

She was a member of Christ Church United Methodist in Troy and the United Methodist Women. She loved traveling.

She is survived by her brothers and sisters, Sarkis and Dorothy Istanbulian of VanNuys, CA., Mari and Varktes Bartinlioglu of Toronto CA and Dikran Istanbulian of Turkey; nieces and nephews, Dwight Istanbulian of California, Rita and Larry Patrick of Toronto and Paul Zelveian of Albany and a great nephew, Kyle Patrick.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, at 11:00 AM at the Bryce Funeral Home Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue Troy with Janet Douglass, officiating. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Friday, from to 6-8pm. Interment Elmwood Hill Cemetery, in Troy. Contributions may be made in memory of Mrs. Zelveian to Christ Church United Methodist 35 State Street Troy, NY 12180.
